Online registration

Online registration for the 35th IATUR Conference was closed on August 1st, 2013.

Due to the delays in the opening of the registration process and the technical problems some participants have experienced, the conference organization has decided not to raise the early registration fees. All participants will pay the lower fees until the end of the registration period, on August 1st. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to the participants.

Payment by credit card is now available. Please click only once in the option "pay", and wait until the payment is processed, to avoid double charge to your credit card.

Portuguese-speakers who are not from Brazil: please use the forms in English or Spanish, since the Portuguese form format is valid only for Brazil.

All participants must pay the appropriate registration fee. The submission and acceptance of an abstract is not a confirmation of registration to the conference. The fees include conference materials, lunch and coffee-breaks during the three conference days and the Conference Dinner on August 8.

It is possible to take up to two accompanying people to the Conference Dinner. Please inform in the registration form the number of accompanying people you will bring. Each accompanying person must pay an extra fee of R$250 to go to the dinner.

The post-conference city tour, on August 10, is optional, will be offered at the conference desk and will be paid separately, during the event.

Fees

Participants from developing countries and IATUR members will pay discounted prices, as shown in the table below. Details on joining the Association may be found at: http://iatur.net/membership. Payment of the association dues can be made at http://iatur.net/dues.

Participants who register as IATUR members but do not pay for the conference annual dues will not be able to get their materials and the identification badge to enter the conference.
