Using administrative records for information dissemination: Dataprev’s experience

DATAPREV hosts the social databank of the Federal Government related to the granting and paying of benefits, especially concerning labor and social security, which are used to disseminate information and design public policies. One of the most known products of the Social Security is the Statistical Yearbook, which gathers information from several databanks of administrative records and has been improving its dissemination throughout time. This presentation aims at discussing the Dataprev's experience with the treatment and dissemination of administrative records, as well as at thinking of the current ways and strategies of dissemination.

 

A new way to record labor events

Nowadays employers are required to record labor events in many different ways and send these records to several bodies. With eSocial, employers will make these records in a simple, standardized way by means of a single channel, eliminating errors and reducing operational costs.
